| Before wearing, place Shin
Ice™ in refrigerator for 2 hours or freezer for 1 - 2
hours. For best results, the ice pack does not need to be completely
frozen. To maintain cold during transporting, place in a cooler with
ice. |

| Effective treatment of inflammation and pain
associated with stress on the lower leg. Excellent for use in sport
activities, especially cross-country and track athletes, soccer players
or people with excessive biomechanical pronation or supination of the
foot. |

1. After removing from
refrigerator or freezer, pull Shin Ice™ onto lower leg.
2. Continue cold therapy for 20 minutes or as recommended by medical
professional.
3. Remove Shin Ice™ and store in cooler, refrigerator or
freezer.
4. Repeat cold therapy as required. |

To complete therapy, rest and
