The DeRoyal Shin Splint Wrap is designed to provide compression and support to the tissues that control foot motion on the medial side of the leg. The support straps pull the tissue anteriorly to diminish over-stretching and subsequent inflammation and pain. The Fabrifoam™ material prevents migration and allows breathability.

The Shin Splint Compression Wrap applies gentle pressure on soft tissue next to the tibia (shin bone), helping prevent additional tearing of the soft tissue away from the tibia. Compression not only reduces additional damage, it alleviates pain and enhances the healing process.
