Fresh alkaline batteries solve many product problems. So before you call, please check the batteries in your device. Make sure they are fresh and properly installed. Heavy duty, super duty and rechargeable batteries are not suitable in our products.

In addition, each product has a User Guide that was included in the package and is also available online. This guide contains troubleshooting tips specific to the item. You can obtain the guide by navigating to the product page on our site and choosing the “product guides” tab and then downloading the manual from there.

We recommend you call Technical Support before returning an item as we may be able to troubleshoot the problem by phone or video conference.
